Established in 2016, RD Construction Inc is a renovation contractor serving Toronto, Montreal, and their surrounding areas.

By 2018, the company had grown significantly and started supplying the provinces of Quebec and Ontario with superior-quality uPVC and aluminum windows and doors.

RD established a supply of fine aluminum windows and doors in the following two years and became the only supplier that could dye aluminum profiles in any colour from the RAL colour chart.

PRESIDENT, FOUNDER

ROMAN DOVZHENKO

Roman holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Before starting the company in 2016, he gained substantial hands-on experience in renovation and construction in working with various contractors.

At each company he worked for, he applied a critical lens to the way things were done while also adopting the best working practices.

Today, Roman puts his expertise to sharp use in organizing every project and leading our construction teams. He ensures the efficiency and quality of work.

VICE PRESIDENT, PROJECT MANAGER

ANASTASIYA DOVZHENKO

Anastasiya holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a DEC in Accounting. She joined the team in 2018 and started overseeing the accounting and office tasks.

Quickly, as the company grew, she got involved in project management where she gained extensive knowledge of construction technologies and practices.

Today, Anastasiya's passions are interior design and project management. She has already helped many happy clients bring their design ideas to life.
